Welcome Guests! I am so delighted that you've selected my property to stay while in Myrtle Beach. I have so many incredible memories here and I hope you will too. The oceanfront view is mesmerizing and watching sunrise over the horizon is worth waking up for. Collecting shells and strolls on the beach is one of my favorite things to do.
Myrtle Beach is the hub of the Grand Strand, a 60-mile string of beaches. It’s also known for its celebrity-designed golf courses. Along its beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, as well as the old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.
This is a fully equipped, renovated condo on highest floor of building with direct oceanfront views. I hope you will find the amenities comfortable and enjoyable for your stay. I do have a request in return for the generous hospitality, that you respect and take care of it like your own. Please remember, this condo is owned by an individual and not by the hotel corporation. There is no room service and we don't restock your supplies during your stay. However, you do have an adequate amount of essentials for your stay. You have full access to all pools and amenities for exception of daily housekeeping and maintenance service.

Check In/Check Out Info
Cleaning services
Check in time: 4:00 pm
Check out time: 10:00 am
Basic cleaning is included. Strict "the way you found it, is the way you leave it" policy. This means no damages, missing items or extensive cleaning required (beyond 2.5 hrs), otherwise charges will be incurred. Cleaning service has provided plastic bags for all used towels and linens.
On Departure
- Please make sure linens are removed from sofa bed and Murphy bed, if used
- All used towels and linens go into the plastic laundry bags provided by cleaning service
- Please clean all beach towels used and replace rolled into wicker basket
- Please clean out the laundry dryer filter
- Please load and start dishwasher
- Place all trash in the "offsite trash trailer/bin" on ground floor parking lot
- No need to check out at front desk or return keycards
- Don't forget to log out of Smart Tv apps used
- Check all drawers for personal belongings

Extra Bedding
Extra bedding linens provided for murphy and sofabed, located under the side table in living room. Blankets and pillows are inside coffee table storage. Carefully open this, don't let the top fall open because it's top heavy and easily breaks off hinges. Bad design I guess.
Pools
The front desk will provide wrist bands to wear for access to all on-site pools. I have provided 4 large beach towels (private and belong to my unit). Additional small beach towels (hotel property) located indoor pool area.
Beach
Please try to leave the sand at the beach and rinse off beach chairs, umbrellas, feet and toys brought down to the beach before re-entering condo. There are outdoor rinse stations located near the main pool.
Trash Removal
All trash gets dumped into the blue "Off-Site" rentals trash bin on the ground floor in the indoor parking garage near the garage entrance.
Parking
The front desk will provide a parking pass for 1 vehicle only to park in the attached indoor parking garage. The indoor parking garage goes up to 6th floor. You can park anywhere in the garage (no assigned spots), and take the elevator up to the unit on the 12th floor.
Please refer to the front desk about additional parking if needed. There is an outdoor small parking lot in front of hotel lobby.
Maintenance
For any maintenance questions or problems, contact me directly. This unit is privately owned and not on the onsite management, therefore no housekeeping room service and we don't restock your supplies during your stay. However our cleaner does leave you with an adequate amount of essentials to start your vacation. You have full access to all pools and amenities for exception of housekeeping and maintenance service.
