Welcome Guests! I am so delighted that you've selected our property to stay while in Fire Island. I have so many incredible memories at this home, and I hope you will too.
Davis Park is the easternmost of the Fire Island residential communities, with a glorious ocean beach and bay surrounded by natural dunes and the Otis Pike Wilderness Area. Swimming, surfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing, clamming, crabbing and surf casting are popular activities.
We are a short boardwalk stroll through the dunes to the FINS Watch Hill facility with its nature walk and Ranger-guided events. We are home of the Harbor Store and Grill, Fire Department, Post Office, Casino Cafe and Outdoor Casino Beach Bar for live music, oceanfront dining and dancing.
Some 270 homes are enjoyed by families and renters from Long Island, the City and Metropolitan Area, with ferries from March through November leaving from Patchogue, a stop on the LIRR. Our boardwalks are for walking — no bikes here.
Our DP Medical Association provides a facility for non-critical care served by volunteer doctors in residence. Our very active Fire Department and community associations, the DPA and Community Recreation, Arts & Beautification (CRAB), as well as other community volunteers, throw a great July 4th parade and bbq, hold plant sales, raffles, swap meets and other community events, including a popular Arts & Crafts Fair, and work on beautification projects throughout the season.

On Departure: Your Part
- All towels and linens must be washed and returned to appropriate rooms.
- Wash sand off feet, before entering the house. There is an outdoor hose provided at front and back doors.
- Throw away trash in the trash bins located outside front of the house.
- Turn off propane gas from BBQ after use.
- If you break something, say something.
On Arrival: Our Part
- You are provided with bed linens, bathing towels, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.
- You are provided with full kitchen and bath amenities (travel size bath soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner), hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent.
- You are provided with propane gas for BBQ

Lindy's Taxi
If traveling by LIRR into Patchogue train station, you can expect to see this taxi service waiting at train station. They make runs from station to ferry and coordinate with train arrival times. You will need to call them to arrange back from ferry to train station. (631) 732-0044
Restaurants
The Casino is the only restaurant on Davis Park. It is waterfront dining with great food, atmosphere and oceanfront views. Here is link to view their menu

The "CAZ" is outdoor bar and grill attached to the Casino restaurant and located on the east side of the Casino building, sitting high up on a dune, facing the Atlantic Ocean. Open Daily during the summer, the CAZ features, a grill, inside and outside bar, dancing, live music, drink specials, and events.
Marina Grill/ Convenience store serves coffee, bagels, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. It is also a small convenience store and liquor store where you can buy grocery essentials.
Groceries
For main grocery shopping, cheaper prices, and more variety we recommend using the online grocery delivery service offered at King Kullen Supermarket located on Waverly Ave, Patchogue, NY.

There is a $18.99 delivery fee to ferry, ice packs and nonperishable boxes provided.
